STEPS TO SPIRITUAL MATURITY

1. Meditate on God’s WORD
Joshua 1:8 This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.  
 
2. Be a doer of The WORD  
James 1:21-22NLT   So get rid of all the filth and evil in your lives, and humbly accept the word God has planted in your hearts, for it has the power to save your souls.   But don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves.
 
3. Put The WORD first place in your life  
1 John 5:21AMPC  Little children, keep yourselves from idols (false gods)—[from anything and everything that would occupy the place in your heart due to God, from any sort of substitute for Him that would take first place in your life]. 
 
4. Obey the voice of your spirit
Deuteronomy 28:1  [Blessings on Obedience] “Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the earth.

5. Do exactly as God tells you to do, NOW
 
Take these steps and you’ll grow and mature spiritually!
