BAPTISM IN THE HOLY SPIRIT
Heavenly Father, I come to you in the Name of Jesus. Your Word says “Whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved” (Acts 2:27). I am calling on You. I pray and ask Jesus to come into my heart and be Lord over my life according to Romans 10:9-10: “If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” I do that now. I confess that Jesus is Lord, and I believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead. I am now reborn! I am a Christian – a child if Almighty God! I am saved! You also said in Your Word, “If ye then being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: HOW MUCH MORE shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?” (Luke 11:13). I’m also asking You to fill me with the Holy Spirit, rise up within me as I praise God. I fully expect to speak with other tongues as You give me the utterance (Acts 2:4). In Jesus’ Name, Amen! Begin to praise God for filling you with the Holy Spirit. Speak those words and syllable you receive – not in your own language, but thee language given to you by the Holy Spirit. You have to use your own voice. God will not force you to speak. Don’t be concerned with how it sounds. It is a heavenly language! Continue with the blessing God has given you and pray in the spirit every day. You are a born-again, Spirit-filled believer. You’ll never be the same! Find a good church that boldly preaches God’s Word and obeys it. Become part of a church family who will love and care for you as you love and care for them. We need to be connected to each other. It increases our strength in God. It’s God’s plan for us. Make it a habit to view Good News Daily Ministries.com and become a doer of the Word, who is blessed in his doing (James 1:22-25). HEALING - 1 GOD WANTS YOU WELL For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the Lord. Jeremiah 30:17 God wants you well! Did you know that? He wants you healthy and strong in every single area of your life. He wants you to be spiritually strong. Strong in faith. Strong in the Word. Strong in redemption. Strong in the love of God. He wants you to be well in your mind, to be strong and stable emotionally. He wants you to have a healthy will, a will that’s aligned with His will. He wants your body to be well. He wants you free from the bondages of pain, sickness and care. Free from the worries and woes of this earthly life. Your heavenly Father wants you well! What’s more, in this day and hour, He needs you well. He needs you living in victory and healing so that you can teach others how to do it too. We’re stepping in to a time when that kind of knowledge is an absolute necessity. There’s no more time for the Body of Christ to limp along, uninformed and unprepared for the devil’s attacks. In fact, here’s what the Lord has told me: The further you go, the more dangerous things in the earth will become. People will have to grow in the realities of redemption and the “how-to’s” of living by faith in order to live in the great, overcoming way I have planned for them. Jesus gave Himself in death so that we could be well. He was raised in life, ever making intercession for us now so that we can be well. And He wants us to be healthy and strong as a witness in these last days to a world that’s filled with terror—a witness of His love, His grace and His power. Receive Jesus’ healing power in every area of your life. Start applying it by faith right now. Commit yourself to getting well and growing strong in every area of your life today! Exodus 15:26 Has the devil ever tried to put you under condemnation by telling you that it’s contrary to the principles of faith to use doctors and medicine when you need healing? If so, here are some encouraging words that I believe will help you put your heart at rest. It is God’s will to heal you. That’s the first and most important thing for you to understand. If your faith is strong and you can believe the Word without wavering (regardless of what circumstances or symptoms come against you), then you’ll be able to receive that healing by faith alone. But that kind of faith takes more than just hearing a few sermons about healing. It takes a deep personal revelation of God’s healing power. So, if you haven’t yet developed that kind of faith, the doctor is your best friend. If you’re not certain whether your faith is strong enough or whether you need a doctor’s help, follow the instructions of the Apostle Paul (Colossians 3:15) and let peace be your umpire. If fear rises up within you when you think about doing without medical help, then go to a doctor. And go in faith! On the other hand, if you have a sure confidence within you that healing is yours strictly by faith, let your faith do its work and receive your healing directly. Whether or not you go to the doctor is not the issue. It is what you do with your faith. Either way, you can rejoice knowing God is working with you, meeting you at the level of your faith. Thank God for your healing—however it comes!—and do not let Satan put you under condemnation. It is none of his business!
