1 .GOD LOVED ME BEFORE HE CLEANSED ME!
Psalm 34:19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.
Don’t allow the devil to deceive you by telling you who you are. There are realms and manifestations that God will only take you into when you come into the knowledge of who you are in Him. You are NOT who the devil says you are, you are who God says you are.
2. GOD IS POURING OUT HIS BLESSINGS WITH NO LIMITS!
Deuteronomy 28:2 And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the Lord your God:
God will call you to come under the shower of His blessing. You won’t experience just a financial anointing. He will also pour out healing, family victories, and both professional and creative miracles. God’s blessing is much greater than the world’s wealth. He has total and complete provision for every aspect of your life!
3. GOD WILL TAKE MY LITTLE AND TURN IT INTO A LIFETIME OF SUPER-ABUNDANCE!
2 Chronicles 20:20 …Believe in the Lord your God, and you shall be established; believe His prophets, and you shall prosper.
Sometimes, obedience and willingness are all that God needs to multiply an incredible miracle within your circumstances. Are you ready to enter into this manifestation of miracle-working faith? God is telling you today, keep looking to Him as your divine Source.
The Blessed State of the Righteous
Praise the Lord!
Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, Who delights greatly in His commandments. 2 His descendants will be mighty on earth; The generation of the upright will be blessed. 3 Wealth and riches will be in his house, And his righteousness endures forever. 4 Unto the upright there rises light in the darkness; He is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous. 5 A good man deals graciously and lends; He will guide his affairs with discretion. 6 Surely he will never be shaken; The righteous will be in everlasting remembrance. 7 He will not be afraid of evil tidings; His heart is steadfast, trusting in the Lord. 8 His heart is established; He will not be afraid, Until he sees his desire upon his enemies. 9 He has dispersed abroad, He has given to the poor; His righteousness endures forever; His horn will be exalted with honor. 10 The wicked will see it and be grieved; He will gnash his teeth and melt away; The desire of the wicked shall perish.
The Cheerful Giver
2 Corinthians 9:6-8
6 But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows [a]bountifully will also reap [b]bountifully. 7 So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of [c]necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. 8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.
Proverbs 10:22AMPC The blessing of the Lord—it makes [truly] rich, and He adds no sorrow with it [neither does toiling increase it].
Adapted from Deuteronomy 26 and Malachi 3 to be spoken over your tithe:
I confess this day to You, Lord God, that I have come into the inheritance which You swore to give me. I was a sinner held in bondage and in darkness by Satan. But I called upon the Name of Jesus and You heard my cry and delivered me from the power and authority of darkness. You lifted me out of my affliction and oppression. You took me in and forgave me and translated me into the kingdom of Your dear Son. You made me Yours through the shed blood of Jesus and gave me authority over the evil one.
Jesus, as my Lord and High Priest, I bring the first fruit of my land (income) which You have given me, I expect You to set it before the Father and worship Him with it. I rejoice in all the good which You have given me and my household (family). I have listened to the voice of the Lord my God and have done according to all that You have commanded me.
Now look down from heaven, Your holy habitation, and bless me, Your son and servant, according to Your riches in glory. Bless my land (job, income) as You have promised in Your Word.
I declare the blessing is pouring out and there is not enough room to receive it! God, You have rebuked the devourer for my sake. The work of my hands will not be destroyed and come to nothing. Today, I am experiencing God’s supernatural increase, and I walk in it by faith. I worship You, Lord, and I call it done.
In Jesus’ Name.
Father, I thank You and praise You for translating me from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom that You have prepared for me. Thank You that it is a kingdom of mercy, joy and abundance.
I bring my tithe now to You, Lord Jesus. It is the first fruits of what You have given me, and I plant it in Your kingdom as a seed of blessing, expecting the rich blessings of heaven to be multiplied to me in return.
I thank You, Lord, that You’ve rebuked Satan for my sake, and I stand in agreement with Your Word that he’ll not destroy my land. He’ll not destroy my blessings, and he’ll not destroy my crop in the field. I am a citizen of Your kingdom. I have the rights and privileges of that kingdom and I stand upon them. Thank You, Jesus, that heaven’s unlimited resources are mine in Your Name. Amen!
The SUBJECT of the entire teaching is: THE SOWER SOWETH THE WORD.
21 And he said unto them, is a candle brought to be put under a bushel, or under a bed? and not to be set on a candlestick?
22 For there is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested…
This is Jesus speaking. There is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested. There is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested. This is the Son of the Living God speaking!
For there is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested; neither was anything kept secret, but that it should come abroad (or be revealed).
23 If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.
Has it ever looked to you like the answer to your situation is a secret? Well, has it? It probably hasn’t been put to you like that before. You are looking at something and say, “I don’t know what I’m going to do. Everywhere I look is a dead-end street. Lord, what am I going to do”?
There is nothing hidden which shall not be revealed. Nor has anything been kept a secret, but that it should come to light.
Yeah, but that is not talking about an answer to a problem. That is talking about spiritual things. That happens to be THE ANSWER to the problem.
Don’t you know that a spirit created all matter?
Don’t you know a spirit created the earth?
Jesus said God is a Spirit and those that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth. (John 4:24)
Well, what is the Holy Ghost called? The Spirit of Truth.
Didn’t the Word say He will guide you into all truth? John 16:13 saya, However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth;
He is talking about the Word of God.
He also knows the answer to your situation. That also is the truth and He knows it.
23 If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.
When Jesus reveals a truth, He expects you to make the decision, “I am an any man and I am going to hear. Once you have heard, you are smart enough to choose God’s way. He expects you to do that.
He walks by faith. He’s got faith in the Spirit of God and He has faith in you! He will always take the God way.
24 And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given.
25 For he that hath, to him shall be given: and he that hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he hath.
26 And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground;
27 And should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knoweth not how.
28 For the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear.
29 But when the fruit is brought forth, immediately he putteth in the sickle, because the harvest is come.
30 And he said, Whereunto shall we liken the kingdom of God? or with what comparison shall we compare it?
31 It is like a grain of mustard seed, which, when it is sown in the earth, is less than all the seeds that be in the earth:
32 But when it is sown, it groweth up, and becometh greater than all herbs, and shooteth out great branches; so that the fowls of the air may lodge under the shadow of it.
Let’s go back and notice some things.
The SUBJECT of this teaching is THE SOWER SOWETH THE WORD. The ground that the seed is sown in is not the subject.! The Word of God is the subject.
The OBJECT is HOW TO WALK IN GOD’S WORD. THE WORD OF GOD WILL PRODUCE 100-FOLD
That is the reason for teaching it. To teach us how to produce a 100-fold through the Word of God.
This is a foundational lesson concerning Tithing, concerning material prosperity, concerning what God’s plan was for us in the earth and how to move in that plan.
God really planned for His people to control the finances of the world. He told Israel, “If You will do what I command you to do, I will make you above and not beneath. You will be the head and not the tail and you will lend to many and not borrow. That’s in Deuteronomy 28:12-13 The Lord will open to you His good treasure, the heavens to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow. And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them.
Nations will fear you because you are blessed of God.
The Body of Christ is the seed of Abraham. He fully intended for the Body of Christ to do that. It’s simple to prove that in the Word of God. The Bible says, Jesus sat down at the right hand of God, fully expecting His enemies to be made His footstool. That’s in Matthew 22:44 The LORD said to my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thine footstool?”
Well, is poverty an enemy? Is lack an enemy? The Bible says it’s a curse. Are sickness and disease enemies?
We are going to build a firm foundation for what we are going to study in this teaching. Take good notes. Prepare yourselves to hear, decide not to be distracted or disturbed. It will require a decision on your part because, Satan will try his best to keep you from finding out what we are about to learn. What we are going to learn is going to make you free of the chokehold Satan has on the finances of the Body of Christ.
Let’s do this:
Close your eyes. Lift your hands and pray this prayer with me.
God in heaven, I prepare myself now to hear from the Spirit of God. Jesus, I will hear your voice in my spirit. In the Name of Jesus, I open my heart and my mind to be a channel of Your Word and of Your blessing. I make the decision now, I will not be distracted. I will hear of the Spirit. In the Name of Jesus. Amen
Turn to Mark 4
This is the situation: Jesus had taught at a meeting earlier. He taught them from a parable, and His disciples and staff wanted Him to teach it to them. At the close of this teaching (verse 34) it says, “But without a parable spake he not unto them: and when they were alone, he expounded all things to his disciples.” He did not leave out anything.
13 And he said unto them, Know ye not this parable? and how then will ye know all parables? Jesus said, if you understand this parable you can understand all of them. This is the grandfather of all parables, so to speak.
14 The sower soweth the word.
15 And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts.
16 And these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard underline heard. When they have heard, the word, immediately receive it with gladness;
17 And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word's sake, immediately they are offended.
18 And these are they which are sown among thorns; such as hear the word, underline hear
Such as hear the word,
19 And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful.
20 And these are they which are sown on good ground; such as hear underline hear
Such as hear the word, and receive it, and bring forth fruit, some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some an hundred.
The Blessed State of the Righteous
PSALM 112 MSG
1-10 Hallelujah! Blessed man, blessed Woman, who fear God, Who cherish and relish his commandments, their children robust on the earth, and the homes of the upright—how blessed! Their houses brim with wealth and a generosity that never runs dry. Sunrise breaks through the darkness for good people—God’s grace and mercy and justice! The good person is generous and lends lavishly; no shuffling or stumbling around for this one, but a sterling and solid and lasting reputation. Unfazed by rumor and gossip, heart ready, trusting in God, Spirit firm, unperturbed, ever blessed, relaxed among enemies, they lavish gifts on the poor—A generosity that goes on, and on, and on. An honored life! A beautiful life! Someone wicked takes one look and rages, blusters away but ends up speechless. There’s nothing to the dreams of the wicked. Nothing.
“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.”
3 John 2
Once you begin to believe it is God’s will to prosper you, you can’t help but wonder how He is going to do it. Is He going to put a check in the mail? Or start floating $20 bills down from the trees?
No, He’s going to do it by prospering your soul. He’s going to plant the seeds of prosperity in your mind, will and emotions, and as they grow, they’ll produce a great financial harvest.
Go to the Book of Genesis and read the story of Joseph. It’s a perfect demonstration of what we are talking about.
When Joseph was sold as a slave to the Egyptians, he didn’t have a dime to his name. He didn’t even have his freedom. He’d been sold as a slave. But, right in the middle of his slavery, God gave Joseph such wisdom and ability that he made his owner prosper. As a result, the man put Joseph in charge of all his possessions.
Later, Joseph was put in prison. There’s really not much opportunity for advancement in prison, is there? But God gave him insight that no other man in Egypt had. That insight landed him a position on Pharaoh’s staff. Not as a slave but as the most honored man in the entire country next to Pharaoh himself.
During a worldwide famine, Joseph was in charge of all the food. Now that’s prosperity!
How did God accomplish all that? By prospering Joseph’s soul. No matter how dismal his situation became, no matter how impossible his problems, God was able to reveal the spiritual secrets that would open the door of success for him.
That’s what makes God’s method of prospering so exciting. It works anywhere and everywhere. It will work in the poorest countries on the face of the earth just like it works here in the United States. And you can be sure that it will work for you!
We must learn how to operate in the Kingdom of God. For example, how do we get from point A to point B?
First you have to know about it. But just knowing about it is not going to feed your family, or heal your body, or fix your financial situation. There is something that has to happen while you are at A to get over to where the goal is, B. God started it with the Garden of Eden and Eden was God’s own handiwork. He planted that Garden. He grew it before He ever created the man (Adam) and put him in there. So here he is in this place that we are talking about.
He started out a success. Then he lost it and he went about as far down as any man can go. In the Garden he experienced THE BLESSING that is so powerful. He had the power in him and on him to take the Garden to the whole earth, to bless the whole earth. Everything in it: Everything that walked. Everything that breathed. He had the power to bless it. When he fell he was removed from that Garden out into a place that was violently against him instead of for him. Once he got out from under THE BLESSING, he never was able to prosper enough to get out of sight of the Garden.
So we can use the Garden now as the place we are trying to get to. Notice in the Garden there was seed. He planted seed in the ground. There was prosperity in that Garden, healing in that Garden, health, joy, successful relationships. What we want to know is how do I get my life back to the place of where it can operate as if I’m in the Garden of Eden again. And learn how to operate in the Kingdom of God, (God’s way of doing things.) But not only God’s way of doing things, but WHAT IS HIS WAY of doing things.
If this is the Garden of Eden over here and I’m somewhere over here, everything in my life should be looking toward this. Not necessarily toward heaven but here on earth. God designed it to be here on the earth. That’s been His Will all the time (Revelation 27).
Somehow, in Jesus this is still available. He is the last Adam. Since it’s still available, how then do I take the next step toward that, knowing that it is available to me now in Christ Jesus. The key to that is in the first step, understanding God’s way to doing what He does. I’ve got to get hold of how does God think? How does He govern things? How does God bring about healing and deliverance? His ways of operating can be located. We can locate all those keys right there in the Garden.
What we want to do is to break this down and to walk people from where they are in life right now back into the Garden of Eden. Eden means “voluptuous” supply, unending supply. What did Jesus say? “I have come that you might have life and have it more abundantly.” Let’s interpose those two. He could very easily have said, I have come that you might get the Garden of Eden back in your life like God planned it in the first place. That’s why I’m here.
In Genesis it very plainly states that thorns and thistles were not there until that curse struck the land and the land began to produce thorns and thistles which were in direct opposition to Adam and THE BLESSING that was originally there (Genesis 3:17-18).
True prosperity versus false prosperity and understanding what it really is.
When you’re talking about prosperity, or when most people hear the word prosperity they immediately think money. They are not incorrect but they are incomplete because money by itself can not define prosperity. When you talk about TRUE PROSPERITY you must first of all understand that True Prosperity can only come from God and His Word. Then you understand that True Prosperity deals with every arena of life, your spirit, your soul and your body.
To prosper in your spirit means you’re Born Again. To prosper in your Soul means having a sound mind. To prosper in your Body means you’re healthy and prosper in your relationships.
What we really want to do is to get people to change their thinking and come into a Bible definition concerning prosperity. Being successful in every arena of life,
Consider a PIE divided into slices. You have a family relationship slice, a Healing slice, a Faith slice, Salvation, Financial prosperity and more. If you take two slices out of the pie you don’t have a whole pie. Something is missing. To prosper means that every slice is a part of that pie. It is wholeness, complete, total, well being in every area.
As fathers we are not satisfied if our children are just financially prosperous, but they are sick or they are healed but have terrible relationships. As fathers we want our kids to have a complete, well-being in every area of their lives. God is our Father and He is concerned about us having total success in every area.
To truly be rich cannot be defined by how much money you have in the bank. To truly be rich is defined by the wholeness of your life. If a man has a million dollars in the bank but dying of cancer, he’s just a poor man with a million dollars in the bank. If another man is healed but no money in the bank, he is still a poor man with a healed body.
So let’s redefine how you look at prosperity. Prosperity does not just deal with money. Money is a part of the pie. We are talking about an ABUNDANT LIFE! In every area. Excelling to the point desired. God is interested in our living this prosperous abundant life.
13 And He said to them, “Do you not understand this parable? How then will you understand all the parables? 14 The sower sows the word. 15 And these are the ones by the wayside where the word is sown. When they hear, Satan comes immediately and takes away the word that was sown in their hearts. 16 These likewise are the ones sown on stony ground who, when they hear the word, immediately receive it with gladness; 17 and they have no root in themselves, and so endure only for a time. Afterward, when tribulation or persecution arises for the word’s sake, immediately they stumble. 18 Now these are the ones sown among thorns; they are the ones who hear the word, 19 and the cares of this world, the deceitfulness of riches, and the desires for other things entering in choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful. 20 But these are the ones sown on good ground, those who hear the word, accept it, and bear fruit: some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some a hundred.”
Light Under a Basket
21 Also He said to them, “Is a lamp brought to be put under a basket or under a bed? Is it not to be set on a lampstand? 22 For there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed, nor has anything been kept secret but that it should come to light. 23 If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear.”
The Law of Increase – The Law of Prosperity
24 Then He said to them, “Take heed what you hear. With the same measure you use, it will be measured to you; and to you who hear, more will be given. 25 For whoever has, to him more will be given; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him.”
The Parable of the Growing Seed
26 And He said, “The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground, 27 and should sleep by night and rise by day, and the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how. 28 For the earth yields crops by itself: first the blade, then the head, after that the full grain in the head. 29 But when the grain ripens, immediately he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come.”
The Parable of the Mustard Seed
30 Then He said, “To what shall we liken the kingdom of God? Or with what parable shall we picture it? 31 It is like a mustard seed which, when it is sown on the ground, is smaller than all the seeds on earth; 32 but when it is sown, it grows up and becomes greater than all herbs, and shoots out large branches, so that the birds of the air may nest under its shade.”
Jesus’ Use of Parables
33 And with many such parables He spoke the word to them as they were able to hear it. 34 But without a parable He did not speak to them. And when they were alone, He explained all things to His disciples.
